Liverd here for a year, had no problems at all the entire time I was there. No mold, no roaches, and never had a bad experience with the maintenance crew or landlord. The rent is decently priced, I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper. Friendly neighbors, a lot of kids playing in the neighborhood. At the end of my lease, I got my entire deposit back. Highly recommended
