I have lived here for 10 years and I enjoy the area and the improvements made to the property. Its a great neighborhood without lots of great people. The maintenance on the property is wonderful, they keep the area clean, and if anything needs to be fixed, they are very prompt with fixing things. A very great place to live.

Being managed by a great office manager who has nothing but the best interests for others in finding the best home and space for their clients. Great location for grocery shopping, banks, beaches, gas stations, and so on. Love the area, people are friendly. Maintenance/facilities does a fabulous job keeping the property in tip-top shape, also very adorable. Definitely a convenient place to live.

Liverd here for a year, had no problems at all the entire time I was there. No mold, no roaches, and never had a bad experience with the maintenance crew or landlord. The rent is decently priced, I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper. Friendly neighbors, a lot of kids playing in the neighborhood. At the end of my lease, I got my entire deposit back. Highly recommended

First 6 months have been great, very pleasant office staff. The apartment is very spacious and clean, the neighbourhood is quiet. When I put in a work order they come to fix it right away, even for low priority things, which is really nice. We really appreciate the great service.

Lived here for 5 years, love my apartment. The maintenance guys are always professional and repair any issue quickly. Prices are good, I’m in a 1 bed and will be looking to transfer to 2 bed soon. The area has changed a lot over the years for the better new stores, so convenient to walk to. And the bus is right in front of the complex, which I take daily to work. Only complaint would be i wish it had a pool, but other than that I love living here.
